PROCEDURE | |
| Step 1: | Individuals prepare dossiers in accordance with law; |
| Step 2: | Individuals submit dossiers at the Department of Planning and Investment or via electronic information system and receive an appointment letter to return results; |
| Step 3: | Department of Planning and Investment accepts, consults relevant agencies (if necessary), and completes the results; |
| Step 4: | Citizens receive the results of the settlement of dossiers. |

| The copy of the minutes of meeting of household members on establishment of household business in case the household business is established by household members;

| The copy of the power of attorney made by the household members to authorize a person to act as the owner of the household business in case the household business is established by household members
