On March 30, 2023, a Signing Ceremony of Hotel Management Agreement (“HMA”) between Everland Group and CENTARA Group for The 5-Star Crystal Holidays Habour Van Don Tourism, Resort And Entertainment Complex Project in Van Don, Quang Ninh, Vietnam took place in Bangkok (Krung Thep Maha Nakhon), Thailand.

Vietthink is the Legal Consultancy of Everland Group during the process of revision, finalization and negotiation of the HMA between Everland Van Don JSC and Centara Hotels & Resort Group. PhD., Lawyer Le Dinh Vinh – Director of Vietthink and Lawyer Le Thu Ha, a member of the HMA Negotiation Team, were honored to attend and witness this solemn Signing Ceremony.

The Project Crystal Holidays Van Đon  is one of the key tourism projects of Van Don Economic Zone which has been invested by Everland Group & Partners with our systematic investment of more than 5,500 billion VND, including five towers of hotels and apartments, one 1.500-seat international conference hall accompanied by hundreds of high-end amenities for entertainment, sports, and shopping. 

In the whole above-mentioned project, the hotel building located at the center of this complex will be managed and operated by Centara Hotels & Resorts under the name “CENTARA HOTEL AND RESIDENCES VAN DON”. The project is currently recognized as a highest architectural building at Van Don Island District up to now as well as the highest building in the complex project, thus becoming a perfect highlight for an overall project picture because of its unique architecture with 481 international 5-star hotel rooms. Centara Hotel and Residences Van Don, upon completion, can receive thousands of visitors at the same time on peak occasions.

According the to signed HMA, Centara Hotels & Resorts Group will be the Sole management and operation Unit of Centara Hotel & Residences Van Don of Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don Complex. This is a key Part in the overall Project and an important highlight for the appearance of Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don Complex.

On this occasion, the parties have signed in a Technical Assistance Agreement (“TAA”) for the Project. Accordingly, Centara Hotels & Resorts will provide a technical consulting service package for the hotel and resort arpartment buildings of Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don Project, thereby supporting the Owner to optimize the effiency of investment, construction, operation and management of the Project according to international 5* hotel service standards.
