The CFG Float Glass Factory Project with high quality, energy saving and the capacity of 2x600 tons/day invested by CFG Halong Industrial Co., Ltd is built in Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province. According to the approved design documents, The Project consists of 02 high quality float glass production lines, with capacity of each line is 600 tons/day. The Project uses leading advanced float glass production technology of the world, in order to produce kinds of high quality glass products to serve the domestic demand and exports. Total investment capital of The Project is 3000 billion Vietnam dong, of which equity capital of the Investor is 30%, the rest is loans. Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) through the Headquarters Branch and Quang Nam province Branch are credit sponsors for the project. Vietthink is the legal consultant.

 

After process of negotiating and finalizing Credit Dossier, on November 29th, 2016, the signing Ceremony of Credit Contract sponsoring for Float Glass Factory was held in Hanoi. Attending the signing ceremony, there were The Representatives of Agribank,The Representatives of Headquarters Branch and Quang Nam province Branch, The Representatives of The Investor and The Representatives of consultant. As for Vietthink Law Firm, Mr. Le Dinh Vinh - the Director and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ha - the Vice Director of Vietthink Law Firm attended and witnessed the ceremony.

 

Also under the agreement between Vietthink and The Investor, Vietthink will consult and support The Investor on legal issues during process of investment and construction, operation and exploiting of The Project above.
