On the occasion of Tet Mau Tuat, on March 01, 2018, leaders of Hanoi Bar Association (HBA), led by Lawyer Nguyen Van Chien - Chairman of the HBA and member of the National Assembly, paid a visit and conveyed Happy New Year greetings to the lawyers and employees of Vietthink Law Firm. This is the second consecutive year Vietthink has had a chance to welcome the HBA’s leaders at the beginning of the year. The visit has shown the deep concern of the HBA in general and of the HBA’s leaders in particular to Vietthink as well as close connection and cooperation between the two sides.

 

In 2017, Vietthink has had great achievements in all aspects of operation, which are honored and awarded by Hanoi People's Committee, Department of Justice, and Hanoi Bar Association. In addition to professional success, Vietthink has always upheld social responsibility, accompanied, and actively participated in social and charitable activities launched by Vietnam Bar Federation and Hanoi Bar Association, such as giving free legal consultancy and legal aid for the poor, dissemination of legal education, donations for flood victims, etc. In particular, Vietthink had many initiatives and practical acts to contribute to the great development of VBF, HBA, and the community of lawyers nationwide in general. Vietthink also pioneered the mission of training, fostering practical knowledge, and orientating elite law students toward law career.

At the meeting, Dr. Lawyer Le Dinh Vinh - Director of Vietthink Law Firm reported to Mr. Nguyen Van Chien and other delegates on the success of Vietthink in 2017 as well as shared the strategic guidelines and operational objectives of Vietthink in 2018, the significant milestone marking 10 years of building and developing of Vietthink. Mr. Vinh desired to continuously receive the support and cooperation of the HBA so that Vietthink can strongly develop in 2018 and following years. Leaders of Vietthink expressed the desire to take responsibility and play a greater role in making practical and effective contribution to the development of HBA and VBF.

On behalf of the leaders of the HBA, Lawyer Nguyen Van Chien praised and appreciated the outstanding accomplishments of Vietthink in 2017 as well as during the law firm’s 10 years of construction and development, and noted the efforts of Vietthink to contribute to the rapid development of the HBA, especially in the training of young lawyers. Lawyer Nguyen Van Chien once again expressed his belief that with young and dynamic human resources, Vietthink will become a top prestigious law firm in Vietnam and pioneer in the field of international integration in the near future. Leaders of the HBA also shared the desire that the cooperation between Vietthink and the Association will continuously develop and bring practical benefits for both sides.
