Step 1:

Submit a set of export and import dossiers in accordance with the law

Step 2:

The customs declarant must declare in the "License number" part on the electronic customs declaration for the Investment Certificate about the goods trading activities and activities related to the purchase and sale of goods of the trader with capital. Foreign investment with registration of export and import rights for imported and exported goods

1.   Declaration of imported goods according to information criteria

2.   Commercial invoice (if any)

3.   Bill of lading or other transport documents of equivalent value in case goods are transported by sea, air, railway or multimodal transport as prescribed by law.

4.   Import/Export license for goods subject to import/export license; Import license under tariff quota

5.   Declaration of value

6.   Certificate of Origin (Certificate of Origin or Self-Certification of Origin)

7.   Notice of exemption from inspection or notice of inspection results from a specialized inspection agency as prescribed by law

8.   Investment certificate on goods purchase and sale activities and activities related to goods purchase and sale of foreign-invested traders with registration of export and import rights for exported and imported goods of foreign-invested enterprises

DURATION

The inspection of the dossier shall be completed within 02 working hours from the time the customs office fully receives the customs dossier;

Complete the physical inspection of goods within 08 working hours from the time the customs declarant presents all goods to the customs authority. In case goods are subject to specialized inspection of quality, health, culture, animal and plant quarantine, and food safety according to relevant laws, the time limit for completion of physical inspection shall be calculated from the time of receiving the results of specialized inspection as prescribed.

In case the shipment has a large quantity, variety of categories or the inspection is complicated, the head of the customs office where the customs procedures are carried out shall decide to extend the time for physical inspection of goods, but the extension time no more than 02 days.
