- Consulting and supporting bid solicitor on resolving infringing situations on biding as stipulated by Law on bidding and official guideline documents on implementation of Law on bidding.
- Consulting and supporting bidder on appeal against the bidding results and biding solicitors’ decisions in the bidding process.
- Consulting and supporting the parties on resolving the confliction incurred in the bidding process.
- Consulting the parties on implementations of joint venture contract, including resolving confliction between bidder and partner (if any).
