  • Supporting clients on preparing documents for the purpose of registration of copy right objects pursuant to available regulations and laws in Vietnam and other countries
  • Representing clients to file request for obtaining registration of copyright objects and following up the cases in Vietnam and other countries
  • Representing clients to receive Certificate of Copy Right Registration
  • Consulting & supporting and representing clients to proceed with amendment and assignment of Copyright Registration
  • Consulting & supporting clients to proceed with invalidation of Copyright Registration
  • Consulting & supporting clients to proceed with filing appeals and sues in relation to Copy Right Registration
