- Consulting and supporting clients to draft the license agreements, assignment agreementsin respect of IP objects, technology transfer agreements and franchising agreements
- Consulting, supporting and representing clients to negotiate with domestic and foreign partners on license agreements, assignment agreements, technology transfer agreements and franchising agreements
- Consulting and supporting the IP objects’ owners in valuation of IP rights in thetransactions of capital investment, assignments and licensing
- Consulting and supporting client to complete legal procedure relating to registration andapproval of license agreements, assignment agreements, technology transfer agreements and franchising agreements with competent authorities in Vietnam and foreign countries
- Consulting, preparations of documents and representing clients to file request for recordal of license agreements, assignment agreements and following up the cases in Vietnam and foreign countries
