AUTHORITY | The Investment Registration Authorities, including: Department of Planning and Investment or the Management boards of the industrial parks, export-processing zones, hi-tech zones and economic zones |
PROCEDURE | |
| Step 1: | Investors submit dossier/declare information on the System to be granted an account to submit dossier; |
| Step 2: | The Investment Registration Authority considers the completion of the dossier's conditions/Investors use the granted dossier submission account to declare the investment registration dossier, upload the electronic document of the dosser in accordance with regulations on the System; |
| Step 3: | The Investment Registration Authority requests to complete the dossier (if necessary)/The Investment Registration Authority considers receiving the dossier when it has all the required documents and sends the investor a receipt on the system; |
| Step 4: | The Investment Registration Authority shall issue the Adjusted Investment Registration Certificate/The Investment Registration Authority shall send a notice to the investor to complete the dossier on the System (if necessary); |
| Step 5: | The Investment Registration Authority notifies investors the IRC is eligible to amend on the System; |
| Step 6: | The investor file an investment registration dossier to the Investment Registration Authority together with a printed copy of the receipt, either in person or by post to compare the documents on the System; |
| Step 7: | The Investment Registration Authority adjusts the IRC and returns the result in paper or electronic form to the investor. |
SUBMISSION OF DOSSIER | Directly at the Competent Authority or online on the National Investment Information System. |

| Number: | 01 (one) dossier. |
| Elements: | A written request for adjustment the investment project;
|
| Report on the implementation of investment project up to the time of adjustment;

| Investor's decision on adjustment of investment project;
|
| Explain or provide documents related to investor adjustment, investor's financial capacity, project proposal, documents on land use rights, explanation of technology, BCC contract, other data (if any).

DURATION | From 3 to 10 days from the date of receipt valid dossier, depending on the type of adjustment. |
SUBJECT | Project which is granted an Investment Registration Certificate and not subject to approval for investment guidelines implements adjustment on the project result in amendment the contents on the IRC. |
RESULT | Valid dossier: Adjusted Investment Registration Certificate |
Invalid dossier: Notice of dossier completion/rejection of amendment IRC. |
