Project transfer to domestic investors

AUTHORITY		Ministry of Planning and Investment (Foreign Investment Department) - MPI.
PROCEDURE
	Step 1:	Investors prepare dossiers, declare and register for adjustment of investment information on the National Information System on overseas investment of Vietnam to get the application code;
	Step 2:	Within 15 days after declaring the dossier on the website, the investor shall submit the dossier with the application code directly or send it by post (request for adjustment of the IRC) to MPI;
	Step 3:	MPI checks the validity of records; In case the dossier is not sufficient and needs clarification, MPI shall send a written request to the investor to request the completion of the dossier;
	Step 4:	MPI returns results to the investor.
SUBBMISSION OF DOSIER		Investors submit dossiers directly or by post to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
DOSSIER
	Number:	03 (three) dossier sets, including 01 (one) original set.
	Elements:	1.  A written request for adjustment of the Outward Investment Registration Certificate;
		2.    Documentation of investor's legal status;
		3.    Report on the operation of the investment project up to the time of submitting the adjustment dossier;
		4.    The investor's decision to adjust the project;
		5.    Copy of the IRC to foreign countries;
		6.    A document of the tax authority certifying the investor's fulfillment of tax payment obligations in the case of adjustment to increase in offshore investment capital.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES		None.
DURATION		15 days from the date of submission of valid documents.
SUBJECT		Investors (individuals; organizations) or individuals and organizations authorized by investors.
RESULT		Valid dossier: The Outward IRC;
		Invalid dossier: Notice of completion of application/rejection of IRC.
