PROCEDURE | |
| Step 1: | Prepare dossier according to the provisions of law; |
Step 2: | International travel enterprises wishing to welcome transit passengers into Vietnam for sightseeing or tourism must submit their dossiers at one of the three working offices of the Immigration Department - the Ministry of Public Security; |
Step 3: | Officers receiving the application dossier shall check the legality and content of the dossier; |
Step 4: | International travel enterprises receive official dispatches replying to the results of personnel review, entry permits at the Immigration Department, the Ministry of Public Security, and permits for sightseeing tours at international border gates where guests enter. |
SUBMISSION OF DOSSIER | Before carrying out procedures to welcome guests into Vietnam for sightseeing and tourism, international travel businesses need to submit documents to prove their legal status at the Immigration Department. |
