Procedures for registration of establishment of the household business

AUTHORITY		Department of Planning and Investment (Business Registration Office).
PROCEDURE
	Step 1:	Individuals prepare dossiers in accordance with law;
	Step 2:	Individuals submit dossiers at the Department of Planning and Investment or via electronic information system and receive an appointment letter to return results;
	Step 3:	Department of Planning and Investment accepts, consults relevant agencies (if necessary), and completes the results;
	Step 4:	Citizens receive the results of the settlement of dossiers.
SUBMISSION OF DOSSIER		Directly to the Department of Planning and Investment;
		Via electronic information system.
DOSSIER
	Number:	01 dossiers, including:
	Elements:	Household business registration application form;
		Legal documents of the owner of the household business or household members applying for household business registration;
		The copy of the minutes of meeting of household members on establishment of household business in case the household business is established by household members;
		The copy of the power of attorney made by the household members to authorize a person to act as the owner of the household business in case the household business is established by household members
DURATION		03 working days.
SUBJECT		Individuals.
RESULT		Valid dossiers: Household Business Registration Certificate;
		Invalid dossiers: Notice of request for modification and supplementation of dossiers.
