On April 12th, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietthink Law Firm attended the Announcement Ceremony of “ALLIGA ENTERNITY Super Cruiser” Project and the launching of the ALLIGA EXPANDER Luxury yacht at Cat Ba island, Hai Phong city.
ALLIGA ETERNITY Super Cruiser is the first top-notch “sea-crossing” cruiser in Viet Nam with a scale of 500 rooms as designed by the standard of luxury condotel; in which many duplex are expected to have the area more than 300 square meters; integrates with entertainment services and other facilities such as restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, clothing stores, jewelry stores, gyms, climbing practice zones, infinity pools, spas, rooftop, rooftop water sides and square, etc.
According to the announced information, the Super Cruiser will be the “pure Vietnamese masterpiece” researched and manufactured by the leading technical consulting and manufacturing companies in Viet Nam. This Super Cruiser will be manufactured by 198 single-member limited liability Company - General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture, Ministry of Defense of Vietnam. According to the representatives of Alliga Group and Hoang Minh Duong joint stock Company (which distributing private Alliga yacht and Alliga Expander luxury yacht), the Super Cruiser Investors have been cooperating with the prestigious and professional consulting companies to make a “Pure Vietnamese Masterpiece” to “Vietnamese essence to international level”.

With legal consulting experience in the various fields of laws on maritime, real estate business, timeshare, tourism, etc. Vietthink Law Firm is the legal consultant for the first phase of this Project and is being proposed by Alliga Group to be its legal consultant during the whole phases of production, business and operation of the Project. In addition, Vietthink has been a legal consultant and IP Agent for companies of Alliga Group in terms of intellectual property for many years.

At the announcement ceremony of ALLIGA ETERNITY Super Cruiser Project, the delegates were also honored to witness the launching ceremony of the luxury yacht ALLIGA EXPANDER developed by Alliga Group and Ha Minh Duong joint stock Company. Alliga Expander is also a high-class yacht manufactured by Vietnamese designers and 189 single-member limited liability Company - General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture, Ministry of Defense of Vietnam.
