Vietthink signs the Partnership Cooperation Agreement on Investment Immigration Programme in Australia (IIPA)

On 14th October, 2017, in Melia Hanoi Hotel, Vietthink Law Firm and other partners: Everland Travel and Entertainment JSC, IPP Weath Advisers and QB4 Capital Pty Limited, have been officially launching the “IIPA” –Investment Immigration Programme in Australia and signing the Partnership Agreement to implement the IIPA in Vietnam.
The Signing Ceremony has seen the presence of Officials, former Officials of Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Justice, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Vietnam Bar Association, Hanoi Bar Association, other Departments, Authorities of Hanoi government and representatives from the concerned Incorporations, Groups, Enterprises and Investors

 

In recent years, the percentage of the rich and the middle class has dramatically increased in Vietnam. A large number of Vietnamese families with financial stability have been seeking the opportunities to invest and immigrate in the long-term in developed countries where there are the outstanding healthcare, education and social welfare and the favourable and unrestricted economic environment. Australia – the immigration heaven – has attractive immigration and investment policies and is one amongst target countries to Vietnamese individuals and enterprises. In practice, however, the consultancy services on investment immigration are proved to be ineffective, investors are not granted long-term residence permit in the host countries, though they have invested a great amount of money. The main reason for this lies on the fact that the investors are not advised in selecting the investment strategies and projects as well as there are no consultancy organizations specializing in laws, finance and taxation who have deeply understood the laws and legislation in the host countries to accompany and assist investors in the management of finance and property and controlling risks in investment activities. To date, the large majorities of consultancy organizations conduct the investment promotion and brokerage rather than render financial and legal consultancy. Moreover, these organizations do not understand the policies and laws in the host countries. Hence, IIPA is considered as an effective programme since it has been coordinated and accompanied by the domestic consultancy orgnizations  and partners in the host country to study and develop the methodical, professional and specialized programmes in promotion, consultancy and investment immigration assistance that fit the characteristics of each country.
IPPA will serve the purpose of developing and providing clients with all-in programs ranging from organizing the sight-seeing and investment-seeking tours to advising and assisting in investing, applying for immigration visa and procedures for applying for residence permit in Australia; as well as providing financial and credit support to investors. These services shall be rendered on the basis of making the best of advantages of Partners to the Programme. 
Clients will receive the outstanding conviniences when engaging in IIPA, as below: 
- Clients shall register the Investment Immigration tour in Australia organized by Everland Travel and IPP Weath Advisers to see sights, learn and experience the life and potential investment projects in the states where the majorities of Vietnamese inhabited. Especially, IPP Weath Advisers shall render the in-depth advice on the potential investment projects for clients’ selection;
- When it comes to the need for investment, clients shall be advised on financial and legal matters, the making of investment projects as well as be assisted in implementing the necessary procedures in Vietnam and Australia. Additionally, investors shall receive advices and assistance in accession financial sources to carry out and expand the investment projects in Australia;
- The IIPA Partners shall accompany with investors during the course of implementing the investment projects, management of property to ensure the possibility of retrieving investment capital and being granted the residence permit in Australia.
