Consulting on drafting and preparing bid dossiers and dossier proposals
- Consulting and supporting bidders on preparing and legal documents as basis to make bid dossiers and dossiers proposals.
- Consulting and supporting bidders on preparing bid dossiers, dossier proposal to meet requirements of bid dossiers and regulations stipulated by Law on Bidding (including technical and financial documents).
- Consulting and supporting bidders on joint venture negotiating with partners joining in the bid (including the representation of bidder to directly negotiate with partners, draft and/or consult on joint venture contract between bidder and its partner, etc.
- Consulting and supporting the bidder to file bid dossiers, dossiers proposals to ensure to meet the legality and join the bid as informed by bid solicitor.
- Consulting and supporting bidders on amendment, supplement and withdrawing of the bidding dossier, dossiers proposal in accordance with available law and regulations.
