- Consulting and supporting the bid solicitor to receive bid dossiers, open bid and make bid report pursuant to regulations.
- Consulting and supporting on checking the legality of dossiers of proposals, dossiers of requirements together with organization of bid evaluation pursuant to regulations.
- Consulting and supporting the bid solicitor on requesting bidder to provide official letters in written to clarify, add or correct the bid dossiers and dossiers of proposals to meet the requirements of bidding Law and regulations.
- Summarization and evaluation of result of bid-winning bidder and making reports accordingly for the consideration and approval of the bid solicitor, investors or competent authorities.
- Consulting and supporting the bid solicitor on announcement of the winning bidder and send the announcement to the bidders.
