- Consulting and supporting bid solicitor on preparing legal documents as basis to organize the bid and creating dossier and requirements of the bid dossiers.
- Consulting and supporting bid solicitor to prepare biding plan and rules.
- Consulting and supporting bid solicitor on establishing bid dossiers, requirements for bid dossiers which are included in extensive bidding form in Viet Nam and foreign countries, EPC, prequalification, offer, etc.
- Consulting on the content of bid dossiers, requirements for the purpose of fully and timely fitting bid solicitor’s requirements to find out the best dossier.
- Consulting the bid solicitor on choosing partners to send bidding dossiers and requirements (in case of limited bids).
- Consulting on the announcement procedure and provision of biding information as well as releasing bidding invitations and requirements of dossiers.
