- Conducting investigation on use/non-use status of trademarks in Vietnam and foreign countries and send the conclusion of competent authorities on the use/non-use status of the trademarks to the clients
- Consulting on trademark infringement assessment and, on behalf of the clients, conducting, obtaining assessment issued by the competent authorities in Vietnam and foreign countries and sending the written official conclusion to clients
- Investigating violations of IP rights in Vietnam and foreign countries under the clients’instruction
- Conducting market survey on violations of IP rights
- Consulting on legal solutions of assessment violations of IP rights
- Representing clients during the process of handling violations of IP rights through allmeasures, namely by protecting by the owners themselves, civil measures, administrative measures and criminal measures
- Representing clients in cases of appealing and disputes on IP rights
