- Conducting searches in relation to Industrial Property objects and registrability of Industrial Property objects in Vietnam and other countries
- Supporting clients on preparations documents to file and register Industrial Property objects in accordance with current law and regulations in Vietnam and othercountries
- Representing clients to file, submit and follow up application for registration of Industrial Property objects at competent authorities in Vietnam and othercountries
- Representing clients to receive Certificate of registration of Industrial Property objects
- Consulting, supporting and representing clients to proceed with amendment, division, assignment of application, assignment of Certification of Registration ofIndustrial Property objects
- Consulting and supporting clients to proceed with cancellation/invalidation actions on thevalidity of registration of Industrial Property objects or opposition againstthe registration of Industrial Property objects
- Consulting and supporting clients to proceed with filing and following up appeals or sues in relation to registration of Industrial Property objects
